Bluegrass Music Festivals

The autumn music holiday season is kicking off powerful in Central Florida in the forthcoming weeks, and the little city of Waldo is more bring back bluegrass. The Dixieland Music Park Fall Bluegrass Festival begins Monday and run through Nov.2 in the Dixieland RV Park using a lineup which enlists the talent of functions such as The Boxcars, Goldwing Express along with MC Jo Odom. Organized by Ernie along with Debi Evans, the holiday season marks just one of many ventures the couple helms. Leading their business, Evans Media Sourcethey also tour the U.S. As The Florida State Bluegrass Band.

This year marks the 6th year of the festival, which surfaced in the year 2009. Rather than other audio festivals, the event balances live audio shows with a seemingly infinite supply of dining events. The most notable of these events happens on Monday using a full blown, smoked rib dinner. Looks ahead to the food, explained Gainesville resident Mary Jacobs. It helps us meet new friends along with families along with provide the festival a more romantic setting. This might be the 3rd season the Jacobs family has attended the holiday season. We’ve seen frequently times and love what the Evans do for the community of Waldo, Jacobs said.

The romantic atmosphere of the festival might also be seen in actions such as this Face Facebook event, which shows attendees how to link to new friends via social networking platforms. All of the activities we’ve from the time our guests arrive till time they leave are all about building relationships in each corner of the festival, Ernie said. This year marks new inventions for the Dixieland RV Park venue. Unlike many camping out festivals, the camping out sites for the bluegrass festival now have outlets for electrical appliances. A heated pavilion also sits on site, ensuring that shows occur rain or shine. Tickets can still be purchased on Advance tickets cost $47, along with tickets will be available this day of this holiday season.
